Phantom Game Lab ("we", "our", or "us") built Punch Escape as a free-to-play game with optional in-app purchases. This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal information.

Information We Collect

Punch Escape generates a random device identifier (UUID) stored locally on your device. This identifier is used to save your game progress, scores, and purchases. We do not collect your name, email address, phone number, or any other personally identifiable information.

Game Data

We store the following data on our servers (Supabase):

• Device identifier (randomly generated UUID)
• Username (randomly generated, changeable by you)
• Game scores and statistics
• In-app purchase records
• Game progress and achievements

Third-Party Services

Punch Escape uses the following third-party services:

• Google AdMob — to display advertisements. AdMob may collect device information for ad personalization. See Google's Privacy Policy.
• Firebase Analytics — to understand app usage patterns. See Firebase Privacy Policy.
• Sentry — for crash reporting and error tracking. See Sentry's Privacy Policy.
• Supabase — for storing game data. See Supabase Privacy Policy.
• Apple App Store / Google Play Store — for in-app purchases.

Advertising

We display rewarded video ads through Google AdMob. You can choose to watch ads to earn in-game rewards. You may opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings. Premium users can remove all ads.

In-App Purchases

Punch Escape offers optional in-app purchases including virtual currency (bananas) and a premium upgrade to remove ads. All purchases are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play Store. We do not store your payment information.

Children's Privacy

Punch Escape is suitable for all ages. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. The game does not require account creation or login.

Data Retention

Your game data is retained as long as you use the app. If you uninstall the app, your local device identifier is deleted. Server-side data associated with your device ID may be retained for up to 12 months after last activity.

Your Rights

You can request deletion of your data by contacting us at the email below. You can also reset your game progress by reinstalling the app.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
